- AuctionHall — Live video auction SaaS platform powered by WebRTC.
- PokeTrader — Peer-to-peer marketplace for trading collectible cards (TCG).
- Albergio — Real-time hotel and restaurant management system.
These Terms apply to all products, services, and websites operated under the Coresoft BS LLC brand, collectively referred to as "Services."
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using any of our Services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- You agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using our Services.
3. Account Registration
Some Services require you to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Maintain and promptly update your account information.
- Keep your password confidential and not share it with third parties.

- Be solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Use of Services
4.1 Permitted Use
You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Our Services are intended for personal, professional, and business use as described for each product.
4.2 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation.
- Upload, post, or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes third-party rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or related systems.
- Engage in any activity that disrupts, damages, or overburdens our infrastructure.
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from our Services without prior written consent.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Services.
- Use the Services to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam).
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
5. Payment Terms
Certain Services require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan or making a purchase, you agree to the following:
- Pricing: All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected.
- Payment Processors: Payments are processed by Stripe (card payments) and/or NowPayments (cryptocurrency). You agree to their respective terms of service.
- Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in the product's refund policy.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until payment is resolved.
For AuctionHall specifically: a 2% commission is charged on the final sale price of each completed auction. The platform fee structure (free rooms, paid rooms) is detailed in the AuctionHall product pricing page.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with our Services are owned by or licensed to Coresoft BS LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or software.
- Use our trademarks, brand names, or logos without prior written permission.
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
User-generated content (profiles, listings, auction items, etc.) remains the intellectual property of the respective user. By uploading content to our Services, you grant Coresoft BS LLC a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
7. Privacy
Your use of our Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Third-Party Services
Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party services, including but not limited to Stripe, NowPayments, AWS, Cloudinary, LiveKit, and Firebase/Google. These integrations are provided for your convenience. Coresoft BS LLC is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
- Any defects or errors will be corrected.
- The Services or servers are free of viruses or other harmful components.
- The results obtained from using the Services will be accurate or reliable.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CORESOFT BS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD $100 if you have not made any payment.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Coresoft BS LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at contacto@coresoftbs.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall do so, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
13. Modifications to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with proceedings conducted in English.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
15. Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any product-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Coresoft BS LLC.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
- Waiver: Failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of future enforcement.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

2. Aceptación de los Términos

Nos reservamos el derecho de suspender o cancelar cuentas que violen estos Términos.
4. Uso de los Servicios
4.1 Uso Permitido
Solo puedes utilizar nuestros Servicios para fines lícitos y de conformidad con estos Términos. Nuestros Servicios están destinados al uso personal, profesional y empresarial según se describe para cada producto.
4.2 Actividades Prohibidas
Aceptas no:
- Utilizar los Servicios para fines ilegales, fraudulentos o dañinos.
- Suplantar a ninguna persona o entidad, ni representar falsamente tu afiliación.
- Subir, publicar o transmitir contenido difamatorio, obsceno o que infrinja derechos de terceros.
- Intentar obtener acceso no autorizado a cualquier parte de los Servicios o sistemas relacionados.
- Participar en cualquier actividad que interrumpa, dañe o sobrecargue nuestra infraestructura.
- Usar herramientas automatizadas para extraer datos de nuestros Servicios sin consentimiento previo por escrito.
- Realizar ingeniería inversa, descompilar o desensamblar ningún componente de software de los Servicios.
- Usar los Servicios para enviar comunicaciones comerciales no solicitadas (spam).
- Violar cualquier ley o regulación local, nacional o internacional aplicable.
5. Condiciones de Pago
Ciertos Servicios requieren pago. Al suscribirte a un plan de pago o realizar una compra, aceptas lo siguiente:
- Precios: Todos los precios están en USD salvo indicación contraria. Pueden aplicarse impuestos según tu jurisdicción.
- Facturación: Las suscripciones se facturan por adelantado de forma mensual o anual según lo seleccionado.
- Procesadores de Pago: Los pagos son procesados por Stripe (pagos con tarjeta) y/o NowPayments (criptomonedas). Aceptas sus respectivos términos de servicio.
- Reembolsos: Las tarifas de suscripción no son reembolsables, excepto cuando lo exija la ley aplicable o lo establezca explícitamente la política de reembolso del producto.
- Cancelación: Puedes cancelar tu suscripción en cualquier momento. El acceso continúa hasta el final del período de facturación en curso.
- Pagos fallidos: Si un pago falla, podemos suspender el acceso a las funciones de pago hasta que se regularice el pago.
Para AuctionHall específicamente: se cobra una comisión del 2% sobre el precio final de venta de cada subasta completada. La estructura de tarifas de la plataforma se detalla en la página de precios de AuctionHall.
6. Propiedad Intelectual
Todo el contenido, software, marcas comerciales, logotipos y propiedad intelectual asociados con nuestros Servicios son propiedad de Coresoft BS LLC o están bajo licencia y están protegidos por las leyes de propiedad intelectual aplicables.
Se te otorga una licencia limitada, no exclusiva, intransferible y revocable para acceder y utilizar los Servicios para su propósito previsto. No puedes:
- Copiar, modificar, distribuir, vender o arrendar ninguna parte de nuestros Servicios o software.
- Usar nuestras marcas, nombres de marca o logotipos sin permiso previo por escrito.
- Eliminar o alterar avisos de derechos de autor, marcas comerciales o propiedad.
El contenido generado por el usuario (perfiles, listados, artículos de subasta, etc.) sigue siendo propiedad intelectual del respectivo usuario. Al subir contenido a nuestros Servicios, otorgas a Coresoft BS LLC una licencia mundial y libre de regalías para mostrar, almacenar y procesar dicho contenido únicamente con el fin de prestar los Servicios.
7. Privacidad
El uso de nuestros Servicios se rige por nuestra Política de Privacidad, que queda incorporada a estos Términos por referencia. Al utilizar nuestros Servicios, consientes la recopilación y el uso de información tal como se describe en nuestra Política de Privacidad.
8. Servicios de Terceros
Nuestros Servicios pueden integrarse con o enlazar a servicios de terceros, incluyendo Stripe, NowPayments, AWS, Cloudinary, LiveKit y Firebase/Google. Coresoft BS LLC no es responsable del contenido, políticas o prácticas de dichos servicios. Su uso está regido por sus propios términos.
9. Exclusión de Garantías
LOS SERVICIOS SE PROPORCIONAN "TAL CUAL" Y "SEGÚN DISPONIBILIDAD" SIN GARANTÍAS DE NINGÚN TIPO, EXPRESAS O IMPLÍCITAS, INCLUYENDO GARANTÍAS DE COMERCIABILIDAD, IDONEIDAD PARA UN FIN PARTICULAR Y NO INFRACCIÓN.
No garantizamos que:
- Los Servicios sean ininterrumpidos, estén libres de errores o sean seguros.
- Cualquier defecto o error será corregido.
- Los servidores estén libres de virus u otros componentes dañinos.
- Los resultados obtenidos del uso de los Servicios sean precisos o confiables.
10. Limitación de Responsabilidad
EN LA MÁXIMA MEDIDA PERMITIDA POR LA LEY APLICABLE, CORESOFT BS LLC Y SUS DIRECTIVOS, EMPLEADOS Y AGENTES NO SERÁN RESPONSABLES POR DAÑOS INDIRECTOS, INCIDENTALES, ESPECIALES, CONSECUENTES O PUNITIVOS DERIVADOS DE TU USO DE LOS SERVICIOS.
En ningún caso nuestra responsabilidad total hacia ti superará el importe que nos hayas pagado en los doce (12) meses anteriores a la reclamación, o USD $100 si no has realizado ningún pago.
11. Indemnización
Aceptas indemnizar, defender y eximir de responsabilidad a Coresoft BS LLC y sus afiliados, directivos, empleados y agentes frente a cualquier reclamación, responsabilidad, daño, pérdida y gasto (incluidos honorarios legales razonables) derivados de tu uso de los Servicios o de la violación de estos Términos.
12. Terminación
Podemos suspender o cancelar tu acceso a los Servicios en cualquier momento, con o sin previo aviso, por conductas que consideremos violatorias de estos Términos o perjudiciales para otros usuarios, para nosotros o para terceros.
Puedes cancelar tu cuenta en cualquier momento contactándonos en contacto@coresoftbs.com. Tras la cancelación, tu derecho a usar los Servicios cesa de inmediato. Las disposiciones de estos Términos que por su naturaleza deban sobrevivir a la cancelación, así lo harán, incluyendo los derechos de propiedad intelectual, las exclusiones de garantías y las limitaciones de responsabilidad.
13. Modificaciones a estos Términos
Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar estos Términos en cualquier momento. Notificaremos a los usuarios registrados sobre cambios materiales por correo electrónico o notificación dentro de la aplicación con al menos 14 días de antelación. El uso continuado de los Servicios tras la fecha de vigencia constituye la aceptación de los Términos revisados.
14. Ley Aplicable y Resolución de Disputas
Estos Términos se rigen e interpretan de conformidad con las leyes del Estado de Wyoming, EE. UU., sin considerar sus principios de conflicto de leyes.
Cualquier disputa derivada de estos Términos o del uso de los Servicios se intentará resolver primero mediante negociación de buena fe. Si no se resuelve, la disputa se someterá a arbitraje vinculante de conformidad con las reglas de la Asociación Americana de Arbitraje, con procedimientos en inglés.
15. Disposiciones Generales
- Acuerdo Completo: Estos Términos, junto con la Política de Privacidad y cualquier término específico del producto, constituyen el acuerdo completo entre tú y Coresoft BS LLC.
- Divisibilidad: Si alguna disposición resulta inaplicable, las restantes continuarán en plena vigencia.
- Renuncia: El incumplimiento en hacer valer algún derecho no constituye una renuncia a su ejercicio futuro.
- Cesión: No puedes ceder tus derechos bajo estos Términos sin nuestro consentimiento por escrito. Nosotros podemos ceder nuestros derechos y obligaciones sin restricciones.
- Fuerza Mayor: No somos responsables por retrasos o incumplimientos causados por circunstancias ajenas a nuestro control razonable.
